Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced registration is recommended, as class size is limited to 12. If you are unsure whether the program is right for you, please contact us to arrange for a free sneak peak class.
Late registration
Space permitting, you may register until the 3rd week of the session. Tuition will be pro-rated at $12.50 per class for single child. Twins are charged for the price of one single child.
Refunds
Registrations cancelled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee. NO refunds are given after the first class, however we will issue class credit valid for 12 months after the original class start date.
Session Cancellation
While we endeavor to run every class at the advertised times and locations, Danceypants reserves the right to cancel a class at a certain time/location, before the start date, due to low enrollment.
If we have to cancel a class, participants already registered for that specific time/location will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to another satisfactory time/location, or failing that, a full refund.
Class Cancellation
On the rare occasion that we are forced to cancel classes due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make our best effort to contact you in a timely manner. A make-up class will be scheduled at the regular day/time one week following the last class of the session.
Waiver
All class participants and guests must sign a waiver before the class begins.
Guest / Free Trial Class Policy
At some point you may want to invite a guest to view or participate in the class. Please know that only family members can attend as guests. If there is someone else you know who may be interested in a class, we do offer a Free Trial Class at the beginning of a session and everyone is more than welcome to attend. Please note that all attendees to a Trial Class and to a full session must sign a waiver beforehand. If you have twins (or more!) you may bring an adult helper at no extra cost.
Photography/Filming
Occasionally we have moms who would like to take pictures of the class as a keepsake. If you or a guest would like to take pictures or film the class please let your instructor know so that she can ask the other participants if they have any issues with pictures being taken. It is important that we respect individuals rights not to have their picture taken.
