Step Uno- Reserve a spot!
Please email us at alex@salsababies.com to ensure a space is available and to reserve a spot.  Please provide the following information:
-Your name
-Baby's or Tots name
-Phone Number

-Class Session/Location

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to hold a spot without this information.  You will receive an email within 48 hrs. confirming your reservation. Please do not proceed to Step Dos without confirmation.
 
 
Step Dos- Submit registration and payment
Once you have received confirmation of class, you may continue by registering online by completely filling out the registration form below.  The registration form will provide 4 options for payment:
 
-Credit Card (PayPal)
-Check
-Money Order
-Gift Certificate
 
 
Payment MUST be received prior to start of class to guarantee a space in the class.  
 
 
CREDIT CARD (PayPal):
If you choose to pay by Credit Card, once your registration form has been received, a detailed payment invoice form from Danceypants via a secured Pay Pal connection will be emailed to you using the email address you listed. Complete payment invoice and send. Upon receipt of your online payment, your spot will be secured. A receipt will automatically be emailed to you via PayPal. 
**This type of payment is quick and more convenient for you!
 
CHECK, MONEY ORDER or GIFT CERTIFICATE:
If you choose to pay by check, money order or gift certificate, please make payable to DANCEYPANTS, and give to instructor before the beginning of your first class.
**A receipt will be issued to you at the start of your session. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: If a class becomes full with a waiting list, we can only hold your spot for up to 1 week (from the date you made your reservation) without payment. Please contact us for special arrangements.
 
If for some reason you have a spot reserved and cannot attend at this time, then kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can be fair to those who may be waiting to get into a full class.
 
 
Step Tres-Courtesy Email
Once payment is received, you will be notified that payment was received and be reminded of class time, location and what to bring to class.

SECTION I
I am aware that Salsa Babies, Salsa Tots will involve 45 mins or more of stress on my muscular and cardiovascular systems. I understand that I am cautioned not to overwork my body and to do only the movements I am physically capable of executing. I understand that I must be in a good health to participate in Danceypants fitness classes. I understand that before participation in Danceypants classes I should receive medical clearance from my physician or midwife if joining before my 6 week postnatal checkup.
SECTION II
I understand that I am solely responsible for supervising and guarding the health and safety of my child at all times. I hereby release and waive for myself, and on behalf of my child, my heirs , any and all rights to claims from damages arising from any illness,injury, occurence or aggravation to myself or my child as a result of participation in or connection with Danceypants fitness policies. I hereby release any or all photographs, digital images or video taken at classes of myself, or my child for marketing or instructional purposes.
SECTION III
I understand that sessions with fewer than six registered students are subject to cancellation. If Danceypants has to cancel a class, participants already registered for that specific time/location will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to another satisfactory time/location, or failing that, a full refund. I understand registrations cancelled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee. NOrefunds are given after the first class, however Danceypants will issue class credit valid for 12 months after the original class start date.
